Boston Children’s receives $35 million donation to accelerate development of therapeutic options for children with brain disorders
The Translational Neuroscience Center is thrilled to share the exciting news that our center has received a $35 million donation from Hansjoerg Wyss, through the Wyss Medical Foundation, to accelerate the development of new therapeutic options for children with neurodevelopmental disorders.
With this remarkable gift, Mr. Wyss builds on the visionary generosity of his late wife, whose 2020 gift established the Rosamund Stone Zander Translational Neuroscience Center. We are delighted to announce that the Center will now be named the Rosamund Stone Zander and Hansjoerg Wyss Translational Neuroscience Center. Together, their philanthropy is advancing our mission to bring groundbreaking research from the laboratory to the clinic—helping children and families affected by neurological conditions.
